ConnectOS is hiring an HR Business Partner to support multiple client accounts within the Philippines-based workforce. The role partners with Operations leaders and internal teams to deliver strategic HR guidance across the employee lifecycle and to drive engagement and performance.

You will ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, support EVP and employer branding initiatives, and collaborate with shared services to deliver a superior employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' HR/People & Culture experience, including 4+ years leading or coaching HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employee relations.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with HRIS and analytics for enterprise clients.
• Experience with Great Place to Work®, EVP, or employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leaders to align People & Culture strategies with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, engagement, development, retention, offboarding.
• Analyze workforce data to drive engagement, retention, performance, and experience.
• Build trusted client relationships and resolve people matters per policy and Philippine law.
• Coach leaders on performance management, ER, change management, and investigations.
• Support EVP initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, policies, audits, and HR governance.
• Collaborate with ConnectOS shared services to deliver seamless employee experiences.

Job Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is an individual contributor who partners with Operations leaders, client stakeholders, and internal teams to support multiple global client accounts and their dedicated Philippines-based workforce.

As part of a team of HR Business Partners, the role provides strategic HR advice across the employee lifecycle, drives employee engagement and performance, ensures compliance with Philippine employment legislation, and partners with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-performing teams and positive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leaders and client stakeholders to align People & Culture strategies with business and client objectives.
• Manage delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, engagement, development, retention, succession planning, and offboarding.
• Analyse workforce data to drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, operational performance, and employee experience.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and resolve people matters in line with company policies and Philippine labour legislation.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, change management, and leadership capability, including managing investigations, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
• Support employer branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, company policies, audits, and HR governance requirements.
• Partner with shared service teams across ConnectOS to deliver seamless employee experiences and support business growth.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance improvement.
• Support talent development and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, company policies, and HR governance requirements.
• Support audits, policy implementation, and workforce compliance activities.
• Partner with all ConnectOS departments providing shared services to client staff to improve employee experience and support business growth.
• Drive the overall company culture in partnership with the broader Core team, supporting employee engagement, inclusion, collaboration, and alignment with organisational values across clients, client staff, external partners and internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years' HR/People & Culture experience, including 4+ years leading, coaching, or mentoring HR teams, ideally in a BPO, shared services, or high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employee relations.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with HRIS and workforce analytics for enterprise clients.
• Experience with Great Place to Work®, employer awards, EVP, or employer branding initiatives.
