The
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is an individual contributor who partners with Operations leaders, client stakeholders, and internal teams to support multiple global client accounts and their dedicated Philippines-based workforce. As part of a team of HR Business Partners, the role provides strategic HR advice across the employee lifecycle, drives employee engagement and performance, ensures compliance with Philippine employment legislation, and partners with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-performing teams and positive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations leaders and client stakeholders to align People & Culture strategies with business and client objectives.
- Manage delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, engagement, development, retention, succession planning, and offboarding.
- Analyse workforce data to drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, operational performance, and employee experience.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and resolve people matters in line with company policies and Philippine labour legislation.
- Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, change management, and leadership capability, including managing investigations, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
- Support employer branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, company policies, audits, and HR governance requirements.
- Partner with shared service teams across ConnectOS to deliver seamless employee experiences and support business growth.
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance improvement.
- Support talent development and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, company policies, and HR governance requirements.
- Support audits, policy implementation, and workforce compliance activities.
- Partner with all ConnectOS departments providing shared services to client staff to improve employee experience and support business growth.
- Drive the overall company culture in partnership with the broader Core team, supporting employee engagement, inclusion, collaboration, and alignment with organisational values across clients, client staff, external partners and internal departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years' HR/People & Culture experience, including 4+ years leading, coaching, or mentoring HR teams, ideally in a BPO, shared services, or high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employee relations.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience with HRIS and workforce analytics for enterprise clients.
