Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Manager to support the growth of its Facilities Management operations in the Philippines. The role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring effective people practices, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational performance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience partnering with operational teams in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, Services, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and operations leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making and operational performance.
• Lead and develop the local HR team while promoting continuous improvement in HR processes.
