Job summary

Nexperia in the Philippines (Cabuyao, Laguna) is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with site leadership to deliver people strategies that enable operational excellence, workforce capability and strong engagement across manufacturing and engineering teams.

You will coach leaders on performance, drive succession planning, support attraction and retention, lead organizational change, and collaborate with global HR to apply data-driven insights while ensuring local compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or industrial teams.
• Strong talent management, workforce planning and organizational development knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing leaders on people matters including org design and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management and development.
• Drive succession planning and talent reviews to build future talent.
• Support attraction, development and retention of manufacturing and engineering talent.
• Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee relations and employee experience.
• Use HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Support engagement initiatives and action planning from surveys.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
