Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in People Partnering within logistics/warehousing operations
• Proven experience managing third-party vendors such as manpower agencies
• Strong background in employee and labour relations with knowledge of local laws
• Demonstrated leadership in a matrix organisation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels
• Willingness to travel domestically to various sites

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and HR helpdesk support
• Ensure timely and accurate HR transactions across the employee lifecycle
• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals delivering high-quality services
• Identify workflow improvements, automate tasks, and standardize HR procedures across units and geographies
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations
• Oversee implementation of MPACT and development programs across business units
• Provide guidelines, tools, and processes to enhance HR team effectiveness
