Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management across designated units. The role consults clients on HR-related issues, builds strategic partnerships, and uses data-driven methods to improve HR services and compliance under Philippine labor laws.

Responsibilities include onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and collaborating with the People Experience Team to enhance engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, HRM or related fields.
• 3–5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role with at least one other HR discipline.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
• Strong Employee Relations experience as Field and Specialist.
• Project Management Skills.
• At least 3 solid years’ experience with Employee/Labor Relations.
• Preferably exposed in the BPO industry (willing to render night shift).
• With experience with account management handling more than 200 FTEs.
• Vastly knowledgeable about the Labor Law of the Philippines.
• At least 2 years as an HR Generalist.
• Exposed to a customer-oriented environment.
• Willing to work on any KMC sites.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic relationships with Client stakeholders and other HRBPs.
• Identify and support the business using data-driven studies and recommend solutions.
• Align HR services with business needs to grow client accounts.
• Implement discipline management and ensure due process under Philippine law and company policies.
• Onboard and orient clients; act as primary HR contact for day-to-day concerns.
• Support timekeeping, payroll, and HR administrivia with accuracy.
• Participate in meetings and present business reviews and reports.
