Job summary

You will lead investigations, guide managers on HR policy, manage grievance cases and documentation, and support engagement initiatives while maintaining clear, proactive communication with stakeholders across HR and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or related field.
• 3-5 years HR experience with strong Employee Relations background.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations concerns, investigations, and disciplinary cases
• Provide guidance to leaders on HR policies and employee matters
• Manage grievance, conflict resolution, and case documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Analyze employee relations trends and recommend solutions
