Job summary

Alta Resources Philippines Corporation is seeking an HR professional to support Employee Relations, Engagement, Training, and Organization Development. You will act as the Philippines HR lead in the absence of the HR Director, coordinating employee engagement activities and corporate communications.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and leadership skills. Experience in a call center / IT / BPO environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Legal Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years required, 5 years preferred experience in Employee Relations & Engagement, Training, Organization Development, and Corporate Communications.
• Two years of leadership experience preferred.
• Related experience preferably in a call center/IT or BPO environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all HR employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Design and implement organization-wide engagement events (townhalls, teambuilding, charity events, leadership connects).
• Manage corporate communications for Manila; advise on HR programs and policies.
• Conduct New Hires Orientation, culture training, and soft skills programs.
• Plan and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development; create instructional materials.
• Develop and maintain training modules for product, customer service, and systems training.
• Assist in policy development and dissemination through employee communications and meetings.
• Support special projects and HR research as directed.
