SYSGEN RPO in Cebu City, Philippines seeks a seasoned HR leader to drive strategic workforce planning, compensation design, and performance management, while boosting employee engagement and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations.

You will lead policy updates, engagement surveys, and leadership development initiatives, partnering with HR Operations to align compensation, performance tools, and employee relations with the company’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Psychology, or Business; Master’s (MBA/MAHRM) preferred.
Professional certifications (CHRP, SHRM-CP/SCP) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive 1–3 year workforce plans and headcount/skills gap analysis.
Design salary structures and benchmark compensation programs.
Lead annual performance reviews and mid-year check-ins.
Develop learning and development initiatives and evaluate ROI.
Update HR policies and manage employee engagement surveys.
Develop dashboards and reports with HR analytics tools.
Collaborate with HR Operations on compensation, performance tools, and employee relations.
