Job summary

TigerUX in Cebu City seeks a seasoned HR Leader to shape workforce planning, compensation, and strategic people initiatives. You will design salary structures, oversee performance management, and build leadership development programs to fit market benchmarks and Philippine labor regulations.

You will also champion HR analytics, develop dashboards, and deliver insights to senior leadership while ensuring engaging culture and robust HR policies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in strategic HR, OD, total rewards, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE/NWPC regulations, wage orders, and HR frameworks.
• Proven experience in compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, organizational design, and competency development.
• Strong skills in HR analytics, HRIS, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and business writing skills.
• CHRP, SHRM-CP/SCP, PMAP membership, or similar HR credentials are highly preferred or an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, job evaluation, and succession planning.
• Develop and review compensation, salary structures, benefits, and incentive programs based on market benchmarks and Philippine labor regulations.
• Manage performance management frameworks, including KRAs/KPIs, annual reviews, calibration, and PIPs.
• Develop and implement learning and development programs, including TNA, leadership development, training plans, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Review and enhance HR policies, employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, and employee recognition.
• Develop HR dashboards, people analytics, and strategic reports covering headcount, attrition, compensation, engagement, training, and other key HR metrics.
• Partner with HR Operations on payroll-related requirements, performance management, labor relations, policy updates, and annual HR planning.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to Senior Leadership and the Board to support organizational and people decisions.
