Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Director for a retail client in Quezon City. This permanent, full-time role reports to executive leadership and serves as a strategic partner to align HR initiatives with business goals.

You will design and drive HR programs, lead workforce planning for over 1,000 employees, and push data-driven decisions, organizational development, and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in HR across all functions, with at least 5 years in senior management in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience handling 1,000+ employees.
• Proven ability to develop, test and analyze HR programs.
• HR business partner with proven strategy-to-results execution.
• Strong background in organizational development, succession planning and workforce planning.
• Expertise in compensation, HR processes, labor regulations and preventive labor relations.
• Proficient with HR technology (HRIS) and data-driven decision making; Six Sigma or process-improvement background.
• MBA or related master's degree preferred.
