Home Invest Realty Ventures Inc. in the Philippines seeks an HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will publish ads, screen applicants, schedule interviews, prepare contracts, explain policies, monitor probation, and maintain records.

Responsibilities also include workers’ orientation, payroll-related tasks, and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company HR policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in human resource management or personnel administration.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and employee benefits.
• Familiarity with recruitment procedures, payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and employee relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and record-keeping abilities.
• Capable of handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and coordinate with different departments.
• Professional, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling employee concerns objectively.

• Publish job advertisements through recruitment platforms and other channels.
• Receive, review, and screen applications and resumes.
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements.
• Schedule interviews, examinations, and other recruitment activities.
• Conduct initial interviews and endorse qualified applicants.
• Communicate with applicants regarding status and requirements.
• Prepare job offers and pre-employment documents.
• Maintain an updated applicant database and recruitment records.
• Monitor status of applicants and attendance at interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and other documents.
• Explain company policies and employee responsibilities.
• Establish and maintain employee files and monitor probation periods.
• Process movements, promotions, and changes in employment status.
• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
• Assist in disciplinary processes and notices when necessary.
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain HR documents and support labor inspections and audits.
• Coordinate with management on personnel-related matters.
