Alon Haraya Realty Corp. in the Philippines seeks an HR leader to supervise all HR activities, enforce policies, and oversee recruitment, compensation, and compliance processes. The role coordinates with managers to align HR practices with organizational needs.

The incumbent will develop HR strategies, update handbooks, monitor performance, and ensure legal compliance across the workforce. He/she will manage exit processes and collaborate on cross-functional updates.

Responsibilities

• Supervising all HR activities, communication, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team.
• Enforcing management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures.
• Suggesting changes in the handbook, policies, and procedures based on employee and company needs.
• Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures.
• Assessing reports provided by the HR team, team leaders, supervisors, and managers to determine employee performance and training needs.
• Attending interdepartmental meetings with other managers for reports and updates.
• Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws.
• Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
• Keeping up to date with regard to compensation standards set by the governing bodies in order to create salary structures and the administration of employee benefits.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource policies and requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
• Overseeing exit interviews and procedures of resigning employees.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
