Job summary

Payment Innovation Inc. seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, compensation and performance management.

You will partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a compliant, productive work environment across the company.

Requirements: Bachelor's in HR/related field, 5+ years in HR (3+ in supervision); knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code; CHRP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overall HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and related laws.
• Professional certifications such as CHRP are highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in all facets of HR: Employee Relations, Labor Relations, C&B, Health & Safety, Data Management, Engagement, etc.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR administration including performance reviews and employee records.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compensation, benefits, and compliance per laws.
• Develop HR strategy and organizational development.
• Represent company in labor-related engagements and governance.
