Job summary

Total Philippines Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage core HR functions across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and learning & development in a Philippine setting. You will partner with leaders to drive HR initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to multiple HR disciplines.
• Strong background in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
• Solid knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience using HRIS is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee and labor relations, including disciplinary cases, investigations, and due process.
• Support performance management, employee development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and development programs and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Generate HR reports and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and recommend people solutions.
• Assist in organizational development, policy implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
