Job summary

HedgeServ Philippines seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead employee relations and HR operations in Manila. The role reports to the Sr.

HR Director and focuses on managing disciplinary and grievance matters, performance, absence management, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Philippine labor law, a hands-on approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in HR and employee relations
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or HR certification
• Certification in employment law is desirable
• Experience in employee relations and HR operations in a fast-paced org
• Strong knowledge of Philippines employment law
• Experience managing formal disciplinary and grievance processes
• Ability to build relationships at all levels

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers on employee relations matters
• Manage day-to-day HR operations in Manila
• Ensure compliance with labor law and documentation standards
• Lead probation period guidance for new joiners
• Oversee disciplinary and grievance processes
• Deliver people management training as required
• Support HR & Recruitment Manager and cover as needed
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align policies
