Job summary

HedgeServ in Manila is seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong Employee Relations and HR Operations expertise to lead local ER matters and manage day-to-day HR operations in Manila. You will report to the Sr.

HR Director and collaborate with the HR & Recruitment Manager, ensuring compliance with Philippines labor law, handling disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management, onboarding and offboarding, and delivering people management training in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in HR and employee relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or HR certification.
• Strong knowledge of Philippines employment law.
• Experience in HR operations in a fast-paced organization.
• Experience managing formal disciplinary and grievance processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers in probation, performance, and conduct issues.
• Lead disciplinary and grievance processes and documentation.
• Ensure policies comply with Philippine labor law and update as needed.
• Deliver people management training and guidance to managers.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration for Manila.
• Provide cover for HR & Recruitment Manager and assist with ad hoc projects.
• Coordinate with the Sr. HR Director and collaborate with regional teams.
