Job summary

HedgeServ is seeking a HR Manager with strong Employee Relations and HR Operations experience to lead the Manila office. You will report to the Sr. HR Director and manage day-to-day ER matters, probation processes, and compliance with Philippines labor law in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will collaborate with the HR & Recruitment Manager, support day-to-day HR operations, and deliver people management training. Hybrid work arrangements and European hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in HR and employee relations.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant HR certification.
• Certification in employment law desired.
• Experienced in employee relations and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippines employment law.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers in the effective management of new joiners during probation.
• Provide guidance in addressing performance and conduct-related issues.
• Support managers through the full Performance Improvement Plan process and document meetings.
• Assist in formal disciplinary and grievance processes and prepare related documentation.
• Document employee relations processes for the Manila office and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate HR operations tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Provide cover for HR & Recruitment Manager and contribute to ad hoc projects.
• Amenable to work European hours and support hybrid/office-based arrangements.
