Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced HR Manager for our Pangasinan operation, on-site. You will lead all HR functions, align strategy with site leadership, and ensure full compliance with Philippine labor regulations.

The role covers talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and organizational development across external processing sites and partners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing or related sectors,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, law, business administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or industrial processing environments.
Experience with recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, payroll and learning & development; strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and manpower planning.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations and statutory requirements.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, investigations and industrial relations matters.
Oversee performance management, employee development, succession planning and talent management initiatives.
Oversee payroll administration, compensation, benefits and HR operations.
Monitor HR metrics and analyze workforce data to drive productivity and performance.
Collaborate with department leaders and external partners to support operations across sites.
Travel to external sites and partner facilities as required.
