Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, law, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations and standards.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
• Monitor HR metrics and collaborate with site leadership.
• Travel to external sites and partner facilities as required.
