Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources functions for the Pangasinan operation, ensuring full compliance with Philippine labor regulations and alignment with site leadership.

You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, performance management, learning & development, and organizational development while coordinating with external partners and processing sites across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years HR management experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or industrial processing.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including leaders, partners, and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations and employment standards.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and industrial relations matters.
• Lead performance management, employee development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Oversee payroll administration, compensation, and employee benefits.
• Monitor HR metrics and analyze workforce data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with department leaders and external partners across locations.
• Travel to external sites to support HR activities.
