Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks an HR Manager for its Pangasinan operation. The role leads all HR functions and the employee lifecycle, partnering with site leadership to drive strategy, recruitment, employee relations, performance, payroll, and organizational development in compliance with Philippine labor laws.

The incumbent will coordinate with external sites and partners, ensuring scalable HR delivery while maintaining high integrity in handling confidential information across manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and MS Office applications.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor regulations and employment standards.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, and industrial relations.
• Lead performance management, employee development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
• Monitor HR metrics, analyze workforce data, and recommend productivity initiatives.
• Collaborate with department leaders and external stakeholders to support operations across locations.
• Travel to external sites and partner facilities as required.
