Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR functions for the Pangasinan operation, including external sites and business partners. You will act as a strategic partner to site leadership, driving HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, and organizational development in line with Philippine labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in manufacturing, agriculture, industrial processing, or similar environments.
• Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, payroll, and learning & development.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, and government requirements.
• Proficient with HRIS and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures for the Pangasinan operation.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor regulations and employment standards.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, and IR matters.
• Lead performance management, development, succession planning, and talent initiatives.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
• Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to improve productivity and performance.
• Collaborate with leaders and partners to support multi-location operations.
• Travel to external sites and partner facilities as required.
