Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Payroll, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Performance Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing issues or disputes promptly and effectively.
• Implement effective performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure fair and competitive remuneration.
