Job summary

You will partner with senior management to plan organizational development, implement performance management, and foster a culture that supports INSPIRE values and staff growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code.
• Experience in organizational development and culture building.
• Experience with recruitment, compensation, and training.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, compensation, records management, employee relations, and training.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs.
• Partner with leadership on organizational development and workforce planning.
• Design and oversee performance management and succession planning.
• Ensure labor law compliance and employee relations.
