Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, with 3–4 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in retail, mall operations, hospitality, or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and service culture.
• Lead workforce planning and recruitment for operations and admin roles.
