Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of HRM, Psychology, or business-related field.
• Proven experience as HR Manager / Supervisor / Head.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
• Implement performance appraisal systems and coach managers and employees.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
• Develop HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and record keeping.
• Contribute to strategic planning with HR metrics and regular management reports.
