You will lead salary reviews, monitor compliance with labor laws, and guide team leaders on HR activities to optimize workforce performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology or HR-related field.
• Preferably with proven working experience as an HR Generalist.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and placement of operations and field-based employees.
• Record management including up-to-date personnel files and reporting.
• Develop and implement HR plans, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct organizational climate assessment and develop strategies for change.
• Oversee employee relations, counsel, and manage investigations and disciplinary matters.
• Lead annual salary reviews and analyze market data for compensation.
• Manage performance management processes and provide coaching support.
