Qualifikationen

• Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Management.
• Preferably with proven working experience as HR Generalist.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
• Skills: supervisory, team building, problem-solving, basic counselling, negotiation.
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Recruit and place operations and field-based employees.
• Establish recruitment, testing, and interview programs.
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain staffing communications.
• Maintain up-to-date personnel records and reports.
• Develop and maintain HR plans, policies and procedures.
• Guide leaders on HR activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead annual salary review and analyze market data.
• Develop performance management and coaching systems.
• Communicate vision and drive organizational change.
