Job summary

Green and Smart Mobility Philippines Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to drive HR operations, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality support for both corporate staff and driver-partners in Pasay.

The role requires 1–4 years of HR generalist experience, strong communication, and willingness to work on-site with field teams. Knowledge of payroll processes and HRIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field.
• 1–4 years of HR operations or generalist experience.
• Experience in Retail/TNVS/Logistics environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with HRIS, timekeeping, payroll software.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee/contractor records, including driver-partner profiles.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and policies.
• Assist government reporting and audits (DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
• Serve as first contact for employee/department inquiries.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and communications.
• Assist payroll data and benefits processing with HR/Finance teams.
• Organize driver training, safety briefings, and development programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

HRIS systems (Sprout, SAP, Oracle)
