Q2 HR Solutions in Cebu City is seeking an HR Manager – Generalist to oversee HR operations and partner with the management team. The role focuses on performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, training, employee relations, and HR strategy.

The ideal candidate is people-oriented, business-minded, capable of translating insights into practical HR programs within a traditional, family-owned environment, and comfortable moving beyond routine HR administration to address

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with Performance Management Systems (PMS) and KPI development.
• Experience conducting performance evaluations and presenting results to management.
• Strong employee engagement and employee relations experience.
• Experience developing and facilitating training and team-building programs.
• Understanding of employee behavior, motivation, and workplace dynamics.
• Strategic HR and organizational development capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial and business-oriented mindset, with ability to identify opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
• Comfortable in traditional/familial company culture; experience outside corporate environments preferred (agricultural/aquaculture).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and implement HR policies and programs.
• Guide management and employees on HR matters, policies, and concerns.
• Manage HR functions including employee relations, performance management, training, and engagement.
