Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in various HR functions, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, payroll and timekeeping, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, HR administration and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine employment and labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR policies, programs, and processes planning, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition activities to meet manpower requirements.
• Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, employee records, and related HR services.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Philippine labor laws, and government regulations.
• Coordinate with government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth) on employee matters.
• Lead performance management, training, development, rewards, and welfare programs.
• Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement and productivity.
