Alfamart Philippines, Inc. is seeking an HR Supervisor - Organizational Effectiveness to partner with business teams in designing and implementing organizational development and talent initiatives that improve performance and capabilities.

The role involves managing balanced scorecards, performance reviews, development plans, talent reviews, succession planning, and engaging employees to support corporate goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Organizational Development
• Knowledge of OD, Performance Management, Competency Management, Job Analysis/Evaluation, and Talent Management
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, maturity, and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on organizational design, job analysis, job descriptions, and performance management.
• Manage and support Balanced Scorecards, Performance Reviews, and Individual Development Plans for assigned teams.
• Support Talent Management initiatives, including competency assessment, talent reviews, succession planning, talent mobility, and development programs.
• Identify learning and competency gaps and recommend appropriate development interventions.
• Conduct organizational diagnosis, analyze findings, and work with leaders to develop and monitor interventions.
• Support organization-wide and team-specific Employee Engagement initiatives.
