Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IT-BPO and outsourcing is a plus.
• Excellent record-keeping and confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Aptitude in overseeing employee benefits and fostering corporate culture.
