Job summary

Crowdsource Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Admin Head to lead HR services and the administration of daily operations in our Quezon City office. The role emphasizes policy implementation in line with government rules and organizational guidelines.

The position requires strong labor relations, end-to-end recruitment expertise, and a robust background in compensation, benefits, training, and performance management to ensure a compliant and productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience with exposure to labor relations, employee relations, and recruitment.
• Strong background in labor relations and Philippine labor laws.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience managing employee relations, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment to meet manpower requirements and ensure a ready pool of candidates.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration, timekeeping, payroll, and claims.
• Oversee training through annual training plan and new employee induction.
• Lead performance management and annual merit review processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
• Administer employee relations, Code of Discipline, and supervisory training.
• Plan and execute company events and administer office management tasks.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support and ensure policy compliance.
