Private Advertiser seeks a responsible HR Officer to manage construction manpower, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation across sites. The role requires close collaboration with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors to ensure proper deployment and smooth operations on site.

The candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary matters, and compliance with site policies, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Graduate with HR-related degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years HR experience, preferably in construction.
• Experience handling construction workers and site-based employees.
• Knowledge of recruitment, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen construction workers and site staff.
• Maintain employee records and government requirements.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate with timekeeper and accounting for payroll.
• Prepare HR documents including contracts and notices.
• Handle disciplinary cases and employee concerns.
• Conduct orientation on company rules and site regulations.
• Coordinate manpower with project team and management.
• Assist in performance evaluations and regularization recommendations.
• Process resignations, terminations, and final pay.
• Maintain confidential employee and payroll information.
