Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory management or hospital CSS.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating cross-department activities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and infection control basics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of inventory and CSS, including receiving, storing, processing, and distributing medical supplies and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement stock management systems to minimize waste.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Manage sterilization and proper handling of medical instruments and supplies.
• Coordinate with clinical departments to understand supply requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate CSS staff.
• Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for savings.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate terms and manage orders.
• Respond to emergency supply requests and troubleshoot inventory-related issues promptly.
