Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of inventory and CSS, including receiving, storing, processing, and distributing medical supplies and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement stock management systems to minimize waste.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Manage sterilization and proper handling of medical instruments and supplies.

About the role

Diliman Doctors Hospital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory and CSS Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This supervisory position is crucial to the efficient operation of our hospital's inventory management and Central Supply Services (CSS) department. You will oversee the coordination, control, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment across the hospital, ensuring optimal stock levels, cost efficiency, and compliance with healthcare standards. This role plays a vital strategic function in supporting clinical operations and maintaining the quality of patient care delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the inventory and CSS department, including receiving, storing, processing, and distributing medical supplies and equipment

• Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and documentation in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations

• Manage the sterilization and proper handling of medical instruments and supplies according to established protocols and standards
• Coordinate with clinical departments to understand their supply requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in inventory management, Central Supply Services, or hospital supply chain operations
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate staff effectively
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, medical supply handling, sterilization protocols, and healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities multiple tasks
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for inventory tracking, reporting, and financial management
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation, compliance, and quality assurance
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across hospital departments
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and healthcare safety standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call availability if required for emergency situations
• Certification in supply chain management or healthcare management is preferred but not essential
