We are seeking a Stock Management Supervisor to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This is a critical position within our operations, responsible for overseeing the efficient management, organization, and distribution of medical supplies, equipment, and materials throughout the hospital. The Stock Management Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring that our departments have timely access to the resources they need to deliver quality patient care whilst maintaining cost-efficiency and compliance with hospital standards. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Supervise and coordinate daily stock management operations, including receiving, storage, inventory tracking, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies
Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems and procedures to optimise stock levels and minimise waste
Monitor stock levels and initiate timely orders to ensure adequate supply availability without excessive overstocking
Supervise and train stock management staff, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
Coordinate with various departments to understand their stock requirements and respond promptly to urgent requests
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and proper handling procedures for medical supplies and equipment
Manage stock management budgets and work towards reducing costs whilst maintaining quality and availability standards
Prepare reports on inventory status, consumption trends, and recommendations for stock optimisation
Identify and resolve stock-related issues, such as damaged items, expired supplies, or discrepancies in deliveries
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant inventory, materials management and hospital supply chain experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Hospital experience is required, preferably with direct experience supporting Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD), Operating Room (OR), Surgical Services, or clinical supply operations.
Knowledge of inventory management systems, or hospital materials management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for inventory analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to urgent hospital supply requirements.
