Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare supplies, pharmaceuticals, and medical equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory software systems (SAP, Oracle, or hospital systems).

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and record deliveries of medical supplies and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and update inventory records in systems or logs.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist in physical inventory.
• Label, store, and handle items per healthcare standards.
• Coordinate with purchasing for replenishment of low-stock items.
• Track expiration dates and apply FEFO/FIFO controls.
• Prevent shortages and overstocking by maintaining optimal levels.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to supervisors.
• Document discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers for resolution.
• Ensure DOH and FDA regulatory compliance and support audits.
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and admin staff for timely supplies.
