Job summary

Belo Medical Group is seeking a Portfolio Officer to support the management and growth of our business portfolio through market insights, stakeholder coordination, and strategic execution. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

You will conduct market research, monitor industry trends, prepare reports and dashboards, and assist in implementing growth initiatives across product lines and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, Portfolio Management or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with strong reporting and data management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of growth strategies aligned with financial targets and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to market launch.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support innovation and business development.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends, and prepare recommendations.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of portfolio initiatives.
