Job summary

Mindanao Container Corporation (MCC) is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead customer retention and market development for steel drum products. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, forecast sales, and identify new opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationships. Minimum 5 years in B2B sales and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, industrial/manufacturing preferred.
• Proven track record in account management and market development.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients to drive retention.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research.
• Prepare sales forecasts to support production and procurement planning.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager, Operations, Finance and other teams.
