The role collaborates with creative and internal teams to tailor solutions, manage a healthy pipeline, and meet sales targets, leveraging an energetic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with agencies, brands, and industry partners.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and potential projects.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets through effective lead conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners.
• Understand client needs and recommend OBP solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, client meetings, and networking to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with creative and internal teams to develop proposals, estimates, and client presentations.
