Job summary

Onion Bulb Productions, the media production arm of United Neon Media Group, is seeking a capable designer to craft layouts across digital, print, and social media with strong brand adherence. You will collaborate with copywriters and designers to deliver high-impact visuals for diverse clients.

The role emphasizes presenting concepts, embracing new formats, and ongoing professional development to stay ahead in visual storytelling and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a creative or design role (agency experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of motion design or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Responsibilities

• Design layouts for advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Ensure compliance with creative and brand standards, translating guidelines into precise outputs.
• Collaborate with internal creative team to develop high-impact creative solutions across client needs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables, aligning campaigns with client goals.
• Present creative concepts to internal teams and stakeholders with confidence, integrating feedback into revisions.
• Explore new formats and visual storytelling techniques to keep content fresh.
• Proactively seek professional development to improve visual storytelling and content strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging software to enhance internal output.
