Job summary

Onion Bulb Productions, the media production arm of United Neon Media Group, seeks a Sales & Business Development Account Executive to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building client and agency relationships, and converting prospects into projects.

You will collaborate with creative and internal teams to understand client needs, develop proposals, estimates, and presentations, and manage opportunities from lead to project confirmation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Media Studies or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, advertising or media industries.
• Experience with advertising agencies, brands, production companies or creative orgs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with agencies, brands, and industry partners.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and potential projects.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets through effective lead conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners.
• Understand client needs and recommend OBP solutions across creative and production capabilities.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, client meetings, presentations, and networking activities to drive repeat business.
• Manage opportunities from initial lead through proposal, negotiation, and project confirmation.
• Collaborate with creative and internal teams to develop proposals, estimates, and client presentations.
• Track pipeline activities, provide updates, and document client requirements.
