Job summary

Infinity One Globaltech, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to drive new initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and build strategic partnerships across our technology and infrastructure domains.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure feasible programs aligned with company priorities. Key activities include market research, opportunity evaluation, feasibility studies, financial planning, and compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in business development, project development, strategic planning, or related function.
• Experience in infrastructure, technology, agriculture, or related industries preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong research, proposal writing, presentation, and business communication skills.
• Good financial literacy and basic business modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential markets.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with IOG's strategic goals.
• Develop business concepts, models, proposals, presentations, and feasibility studies for new ventures.
• Prepare financial and feasibility assessments to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, investors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent the company in meetings, forums, and networking events to promote initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align opportunities with capabilities and priorities.
• Assist with planning and coordinating the implementation of approved initiatives.
• Support negotiations and preparation of agreements for partnerships and projects.
• Monitor progress and recommend improvements.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on pipelines and initiatives.
