Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.
• Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, dealer, or corporate accounts is an advantage.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Good business communication, presentation, and basic negotiation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to effectively manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
• Willing and able to conduct regular field activities, client visits, and business development calls.
• Basic knowledge of non-life insurance products and distribution channels is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Davao/Tagum market and surrounding business segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, agents, producers, dealers, and business partners.
• Develop and refer prospective agents/producers and support their business development activities.
• Prospect for corporate, dealer, and institutional accounts and endorse qualified opportunities for evaluation.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring prospects are properly tracked and followed up on.
• Conduct regular client, producer, dealer calls, visits, and presentations to generate qualified opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Underwriting team by providing complete and timely client and account information.
• Identify opportunities for additional business through strong client and producer relationships.
• Monitor marketing activities and provide accurate and timely pipeline and activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with branch directives, company policies, and established processes.
