You will oversee expansion opportunities, monitor competitors, and drive performance through motivated teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least five years in Sales or Marketing, plus a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• With at least five (5) years of work experience in the field of Sales or Marketing.
• With Driving License (DL Codes: B, B1, or B2).

Responsibilities

• Plans, recommends, and oversee the implementation of Sales and Marketing Plans and Programs.
• Reviews, develops, and recommends area for expansion.
• Monitors competitors' activities such as pricing, discounting, and advertising.
• Monitors and evaluates subordinates' performance.
• Designs and recommends motivational programs for subordinates.
• Ensures proper implementation of systems, policies, and procedures to his/her subordinates.
