Responsibilities

• Responsible for marketing operations at the branch office. Oversees business development, profitability, and productivity of the branch
• Responsible for attaining the branch monthly target set by the Management
• Monitors daily production and loan releases to ensure the growth of the branch
• Plans, creates, and implements programs/processes for branch employees' clients
