Qualifications

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree course, preferably Business Administration or relevant field.
• With an entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills, and with experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision.
• With strong analytical abilities, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Goal-oriented and organised team player.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains growth strategies focused on financial and customer satisfaction to ensure business sustainability.
• Conducts research to identify new markets and customer needs which will be the basis for growth strategies.
• Prepares and presents persuasive presentations that demonstrate the company’s value proposition.
• Promotes the company’s services addressing or predicting the client’s objectives.
• Analyses sales, revenue, invoices, and other important data to ensure business development goals are achieved.
• Collaborates with Sales and other departments to identify sales and services for new clients.
• Cultivates positive interactions with the management team to evaluate sales strategy and results.
